Tapioca pearl or widely known as sago is a tapioca-based pearl commonly used for desserts, drinks and even savory dishes. Sago is largely consumed both locally in Thailand and globally especially in the East Asia countries including China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Moreover, with demand at the global level, sago is also exported to other regions such as Europe and Americas.
